Terms and conditions. In the business parts of transport and depot we operate exclusively in accordance with the General German Freight Forwarders´ terms and conditions ADSp with the latest version of each; otherwise the German law of contract for services applies.

Court of jurisdiction.  The court of jurisdiction for all services is Duisburg.

Payment. All invoices are payable immediately on receipt, provided that no other agreements have been made in writing.
