Recognising that learning is necessary, we conduct continuous in-house training and send employees on external training courses. We train:

> plant mechanics
> professional driver
> industrial commercial employee
> commercial employee of freight forwarding and logistic services.

To ensure our quality and safety we grant all our employees job-relating in-house trainings and external training courses. This includes among others driving courses in two-years-cycles to complete the high level of safety equipment of the trucks.
